Easily their best album before their huge blow up in the 90’s The Uplift Mofo Party Plan still sees their heavy funk rock driven rock sound mixed with rap rock for at time fun catchy and yes uplifting tunes but they often get drown by songs that often feel like a drag to listen to and come off as boring.
